Constructed of a dark blue cotton rayon blended cloth base, the exterior bearing a central machine embroidered first pattern Reichsluftschutzbund (Reich Air Protection League RLB) insignia, flanked by an illegible district stamp, unmarked, measuring 19 cm (w) x 10. 5 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, in extremely fine condition.
