Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms, the obverse with a central black swastika, the reverse with a central inscription of FR TREUE DIENSTE (FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE), with an oak leaf wreath through the quadrants, unmarked, measuring 41. 36 mm (w) x 46. 18 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
