Schnek was promoted early to Captain 1st Class in the General Staff Corps on May 5th 1892 with further promotion to the 2nd Mountain Brigade at Trebinje and in November 1892 until April 1895 he continued his military career to the staff of the 12th Army Corps at Hermannstadt
with sewn clasp at the ends

In its hardshelled case of issue, inscribed "USPOMENA NA PUT U INDIJU I BURMU" on the lid, Yugoslav coat of arms on the inside lid, recessed medal bed, discoloured exterior, case better than very fine.
