This iconic wine is pure 100% Syrah from Swartland and has an expressive bouquet with notes of blackberry, black olive tapenade, black pepper, and a hint of raspberry. Made in neutral oak vats and concrete eggs, the wine is a pure expression of the grape and terroir the schist soils on which the grapes were grown show through on the lingering and complex finish. It
