A Rare and Exceptional Bravery Medal, in Gold, By Teodor Krivak, Varaždin, in Mint Condition certificate_of_authenticity constructed of gilded and blackened(Velika zlatna kolajna Poglavnika Ante Pavelia za hrabrost). Instituted December 27, 1941. Die struck in 14K Gold, measures 40. 8 mm (w) x 44. 6 mm (h), weighs 41. 8 grams, with maker's mark "TK" stamped on the rim (for Teodor Krivak, Varadin, who was a designer of the medal).
