C Coy was part of the 20th Halton Rifles who became the Lorne Rifles (Scottish) before they joined with The Peel and Dufferin Regiment to become The Lorne Scots in 1936
the regulation was further amended and the Necklace of Merit grade class was abolished
where the colour has almost completely faded

A NSKK dagger measuring 37 cm in length with the scabbard on, while the blade of the dagger itself measures 22 cm and is constructed of nickel silver plated metal, acid engraved with Alles fr Deutschland (Everything for Germany) on the obverse, the reverse presents the maker mark and insignia for Ed Wsthof of Solingen stamped onto the centre of the ricasso, the blade fits neatly through the upper crossguard, itself constructed
